I am honored to have studied with all of my past Anusara teachers, and currently studying with Desiree Rumbaugh and Christina Sell. I hold deep gratitude to Rod Stryker from Para Yoga, and Rajanaka philosopher Douglas Brooks.
In addition to teaching yoga, I was fortunate to have a prolific career as an Architect and Interior Designer with my firm, Architectural Design Consultants, Inc.
It is my intention now to immerse myself in my yogic path of teaching and studying, and to spend more personal time with family, friends and my dogs, while pursuing more time with other creative outlets.
