MOVE IN PEACE
I am inspired to share my enthusiasm and love for yoga with you.
Through skillful artistic movement I have learned to create an inner peaceful environment.
Classes are sequenced to facilitate openings in the body. They are creatively designed to be playful and challenging, yet motivating and thoughtful, resulting in an uplifting empowering experience.
My personal yoga practice began in Anusara Yoga, a method that utilizes alignment principles and incorporates a heart-based theme woven throughout the class. I have been teaching yoga since 2002.
